Grass Harvesting


The grass harvest going on for 2 days- current total about 7 yards. (a full size pickup carries 2 yd)

Hal Hurst Benighted for the second day, so I couldn't finish. It rained a little so I had to wait until it dried a little- even so it was too wet some places and kept clogging the collector. I think I might get another 2 yards. It's all going for compost for the garden just now, but there will be a time when I just let it fly back to the ground, and that will be simpler.

note: 6/27: A month later, the grass has composted down into about two yards.
